Welcome to e-include, the e-journal of Inclusion Europe.
Show Me Inclusion is a contest.
The idea is to show people with disabilities
You can participate by sharing what inclusion means to you.
You can send a video, photos, audio, a sketch book or a story book here.
To promote the right of people with disabilities to be equal members of society, End Exclusion has created the Show Me Inclusion Creative Competition. The contest gives people the opportunity to stand up and get creative about the inclusion of persons with disabilities.
Everyone is invited to participate in the contest. Young people between 12 and 26 are especially encouraged to show their creativity by taking part.
Submissions can take the form of videos, photos, audio, story books or sketch books. You can choose your favourite medium.
To inspire you, End Exclusion has created a teaser-spot you can view here
You can also see other people’s submission for inspiration, vote for your favourite ideas and share them with friends.
Start sharing! Show your ideas to all your friends and get their votes.
The winning entry will be professionally produced and used worldwide as an awareness raising tool. If you live in Austria, The Netherlands, Czech Republic or Slovakia you can win additional prizes.
The 10 submissions with the most votes, as well as a further selected 20 submissions will be given to an international jury composed of experts from film, sport, politics and the disability movement. They will select the best “Show me Inclusion” idea of all, which will be made public on World Day for the Eradication of Poverty, the 17th October 2012.
